Information Security Policy

With the advance of information technology, the volume of information assets handled by the Energy Support Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has increased dramatically, and ensuring information security has become critical to the Company's long-term survival.
For this reason, the Company has established a basic information security policy under a framework that places ultimate responsibility on upper management to ensure that the Company works united as one to implement the following information security measures.

  • We commit to prevent and mitigate unauthorized access, loss, theft, leaks, falsification, destruction, and obstruction of information assets in the Company's possession.
  • We commit to provide regular education and training to all Company employees on information security to ensure that everyone recognizes the importance of information security and maintaining an organizational culture that fulfills its social obligations. Furthermore, any actions that violate this basic policy will be subject to disciplinary action based on internal regulations, contracts, and other relevant provisions, in addition to penalties under applicable laws and regulations.
  • In the event that an information security issue occurs, the Company will promptly investigate the cause, minimize damage, implement corrective measures without delay, and strive to prevent recurrence.
  • We pledge compliance with applicable laws and regulations concerning information security, social norms, and the Company's information security guidelines. We also commit to complying with contractual requirements and obligations concerning external information security.
  • We commit to maintaining information security by regularly auditing the implementation of the Company's information security-related initiatives and implementing appropriate corrective measures as necessary.

On April 12, 1996, we obtained ISO 9001 certification for our Quality Management System (JICQA No. 0126). (Some back office departments not included)
