This devise consists of electric current detector & indicator.

"Black" is indicated in normal condition.

This device detect leaking current through earthing lines caused by aged-deterioration of power equipments, then the indication turns to "Yellow" with no external power.

"Yellow" indication can be reset to "Black" with a general dry battery(006P).
